Flux helps you transform video content into publish-ready written content. You provide videos (via YouTube URLs or file uploads), and our AI-powered tools help you create articles, blog posts, and other written content.

To provide this service, we use third-party AI providers including Google Gemini and OpenAI to process your content. Your content is sent to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your written output.

You own your content.

The videos you upload and the written content we help you create remain yours. We don't claim any ownership over your content.

Your responsibility: You confirm that you have the right to use any videos you upload. Don't upload content you don't have permission to use.

What we can do: We need permission to process your content to provide our service. This includes sending it to AI providers and storing it temporarily while you work on your projects.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and don't share your login details.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Flux. If you're using Flux on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.

Please don't use Flux to:

• Create content that's illegal or harmful
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our service
• Abuse our service in ways that affect other users
• Generate spam, misleading content, or content designed to deceive

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Some features of Flux require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions: Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you're unhappy and we'll do our best to help.

We work hard to keep Flux running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Occasionally, we need to perform maintenance or may experience technical issues.

We may also update or change features as we improve the service. We'll try to give notice for significant changes.

Flux uses AI technology from third-party providers (Google Gemini and OpenAI) to generate content. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing - it may contain errors
• You're responsible for reviewing and editing content before use
• AI outputs can vary and may not always meet your expectations

We provide Flux "as is" and do our best to make it useful and reliable. However:

• We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months
• We don't guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or suitable for your purposes

This doesn't affect any rights you have under applicable law that can't be limited or excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the service. Continuing to use Flux after changes means you accept the new terms.

You can delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When your account is terminated, we'll delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
